We had a good experience at VW Springfield. The staff (Carlos, Jamal and Hue) were all very knowledgeable and courteous. They took their time explaining the available inventory and the features of the cars. They had a lot of inventory to choose from which made the drive to Springfield worthwhile… we came away with a car that we liked with financing that we could afford…
